Excellent printing results are guaranteed by using only the finest quality of High Tension, low-elongation polyester threads and hightech precision weaving followed by washing and heat stabilizing to set the polymer properties.  Fabrics are available in standard plain weave.  Meshes counts range from 10/cm or 24/inch to 200/cm 0r 508/inch in various thread diameters.

Vibrating Screen cloths are made of spring steel (high and medium carbon steel), stainless steel of all grades and any other desired metal. Vibrating screen cloth is custom designed in case plungers and vibrating rods are needed to insert within the spread of the screen cloth to guard against the tearing of cloth based on the principles of damping.
