Screen Printing Material

Screen emulsions make durable stencil because both the upper and lower surfaces of the screen are coated.  However, the emulsion conforms to the mesh as it shrinks during drying, producing and uneven surface.  Films routinely deliver better print quality than emulsion.

Two type of screen emulsion available:

• Textile base (water base) and 2. Solvent base emulsions for general printing.

A One Emulsion (Bichromate Sensitizer) -

• Indian made economical solvent base emulsion for graphic art screen printing.  It has high solid contents, gives fine resolution, has fast exposure time, is reclaimable and gives trouble free screens available in green, blue and violet colours and having solid contents of 21% and packs of 200gm, 400gm and 900 gm packs.

Ceramic HT and HU Dual Cure Emulsion - Diazo Sensitizer:

• Universal dual cure/high viscosity screen emulsion for ceramic, graphic, electronic and glass and specially formulated for half tone screen printing.  Fast exposing with excellent image quality and superior mesh adhesion.

Available in 6 different sizes like plain,oneside cut, v /u type, point cut, hard sqeezee+Soft sandwitch(2ply) and one hard/soft/hard (3 ply)sandwitch like ( G1, G2, G3, G4, G5 and G6).

Profiles:-

G1: Square edge 90 degree squeezee blade is used for a wide range of graphic, textile, ceramic and glass printing application where high ink deposit is required.  Suitable for manual and automatic printing.

G2: Single bevelled squeegees used for printing into non absorbent surfaces such as plastic, glass and metal.  Conforms easily to irregular surfaces while maintaining excellent ink deposit.  Widely used on container printing and also good on bottle printing.

G3: This double bevel edge blade ( 60 and 45 degree angle) provides excellent c0ontrol for direct printing onto cylindrical surfaces and irregular forms, also fine prints for textiles and automatic printing machines.

G4: This double bevel flat edge blades is used on most substracts including ceramic printing. The profile allows foir maximum ink shear and good angle control when depositing ink with a wide range of viscosity on multiple substrates.

G5: Blades will flex less preventing roll over, the angle is threfore maintained giving excellent ink shear.  The softer edge allowing for good ink deposit.

G6: Square edge composite triple hardness blade gives the printer the responsiveness of a soft to medium hard blade without the undesired flexing created by increased secondary force squeegee pressure.  Excellent for printing on high meshg counts (120/140 threads/cm) with high tension.

• Long life performance, precision edge, Tear resistant, Resistant to solvents, Non oil absorbent, Machine compatibility and Excellent for resharpening.
• Standard Lengths G1 Length offered are 146 inch or 3715 mm

• Available  Shore Hardness: 50/55 shore, 60/65 shore, 70/75 shore, 80/85 shore in three grades ie
• in 5 mm thick x 25 mm width Size, 9mm thick x 48mm width, 9mm thick x 50mm width rolls available.
• Ultima (Low):  High Tolerance to UV systems, Good Strength, Good General usage and Extremely Good value.
• Lumina( Medium): High Abrasion Resistance, High cut Resistance, High solvent Resistance, High tolerance to UV systems, High tolerance to Plastisol inks, and free from additives for a cleaner print when using sensitive print media.
• Maxima (high): Very high Solvent Resistance, High tolerance to UV systems and low energy release Blade.

Screen Adhesive is a Two part Screen Adhesive for Synthetic/Polyester/Nylon Mesh to wood or Metal Frames.

High Tensile Strength, impact and solvent resistance.
Dry in approximately 20- 25 minutes.

Application: Suitable for Wood, Metal and Aluminium Frames.

Tension Holding capabilities of over 80 newtons.

Packing: 900gm plus 50gm hardner

Highly effective degresser with strong grease cutting action.  This uses Abrasive, mesh pretreatment containing microscopic grit and a degreasing wetting agent.  This works gently and can be used before each screen preparation.

Application: Highly concentrate Degresser and available in 1 kg. pack.

Phat Film is used for heavy ink deposition with plastisol ink, solven ink and UV Inks.  This Phat Films available in 100 micron, 150 micron, 200 micron, 300 micron, 400 micron and 700 microns and sheet size 24" x 17" and roll size of 66 cms x 7 feet rolls.
