Imported Ceramic Pastes

Application :

• There are black paste and silver paste for automobile ceramic pastes.
• Black paste for automobile is heat treated after glass panel printing process, and it is processed to suit the firing temperature for glass’s softening and strengthen process. There-for, colors are produced separately for the laminated glass (Front windshield) and for the tempered glass (Rear window). And it is being developed and produced as environment friendly lead free color.
• Silver paste for automobile glass is used for specially designed hot wires for automobile’s windshield and rear glass, and it gets most suitable emitting heat effects by connected to electric device

Front windshield of Automobile (Laminated glass):

It is safety glass that improved weak points of regular glass’s strength by inserting and joining PVB film in between two 2.1mm or 3.0mm thick glass panels. Normally, printing with black paste promotes the view, and it blocks exposure of joining part, it also has prevention effects on adhesive deterioration by ultraviolet rays. Lately, they print electrical conduction paste to eliminate the frost in some cases.



Rear window of automobile (Tempered Glass):

It is the glass that 3.2mm ~ 5.0mm thick glass panels formed in high temperature, then rapid cooling with 40~50 o C of cool air, so the surface can have compressive stress. Specially, rear window’s functions are getting diversified such as for the black paste along with silver paste printed hot wires for eliminate the frost, antenna pattern for FM, AM, TV receptions etc.


Other (Tempered Glass):

Other glass for automobiles such as side window, sun roofs are 3.2mm ~ 5.0mm thick glass panels formed in high temperature, then rapid cooling with 40~50 o C of cool air, so the surface can have compressive stress.

Application :

Generally, it is used for heat treatment for strengthen by printing after processing glass panel. It is Ceramic pastes that applied specially for PDP filter glass.
