Imported Glass Colors

Application:

4000 series are usually applied to safety glass such as construction glass, tempered glass and electronic good such as microwave etc. after processing the glass panel with heat treatment.


Color for Spandrel glass: With development of method of construction, entire structure’s outer walls are formed with glass panel and outer walls are divided as windows and spandrel.This spandrel must not expose to outside, and unlike the clear window, solar heat gets accumulates in this area Construction glass color of 4000 series upgrades the structure by supplying elegant and archaic colors and it is highly chemical resistance so it improves the durability of glass.


Also, we are manufacturing many different products like Frost color and Metallic colors etc. for structure decoration and interiors.


It is used widely as decoration colors for safety glass such as microwave oven, door glass for oven, grill door glass and refrigerator glass etc.These safety glasses are 3~12mm thick. It is Compressive strains treated by rapid cooling at the heating temperature of 640 ~ 720 ºC.

24000series colors(640 ~ 720 ºC) - Pb Free


Application :

24000 series are usually applied to safety glass such as construction glass, tempered glass and electronic good such as microwave etc. after processing the glass panel with heat treatment, and it is lead & cadmium free used in same manner as 4000series.

Application :

It is used mostly for the beverage bottles and quality assurance such as chemical resistance is the first priority because it is re-collected and re-used.5000 series colors are within the test standard, and it is used widely for the trade marks of the beverage bottles, internationally.

Forms of the product :

It is normally supplied as thermoplastic which contains glass color powder with medium type wax, and in some cases uses just 1 color design or using paste form at the last color.

Conditions of printing room

• It is very important factor of screen printing, and the printing done at the clean environment ensures the high qualities.
• Suitable temperature of printing room is 25±2 ºC, and the humidity should not be over 60% and it is must to manage dust.

25000series colors(620 ~ 640 ºC) - Pb Free

Application :


It is used mostly for the beverage bottles and quality assurance such as chemical resistance is the first priority because it is re-collected and re-used.5000 series colors are within the test standard, and it is used widely for the trade marks of the beverage bottles, internationally.

Application :

• It’s the color for the milk white glass (α = 35 ~ 55 X 10 ^-7_/um) that can be used for glass plates. Resistance to acid and alkali must be common grade.
• 7000 series can be used for transfer paper, soaking, direct printing, injection and hand painting method etc

 

Form of the product :

7000 series are manufactured and supplied as powder, paste and thermoplastic form.

Application:

• It is the color for low expansion glass (Acropal), medical tube glass (α = 35 ~ 55 X 10^-7/um) that can be used for glass plates. Resistance to acid and alkali must be common grade.
• Transfer paper, direct printing, soaking, injecting and hand painting can be used with 37000 series.
• Product details are similar to 7000 series.

37000L Series Colors (α = 35 ~ 55 X 10 ^-7_/um)


It is suitable to the decoration of a soda lime glass like a glass, cup, a cosmetic bottle and etc. The decoration of 37000L Series is used fro decal transfer, Direct Printing, Dipping, Spraying, Hand painting and etc.

Application :

• It’s suitable for soda lime glass such as glass cup, cosmetic bottles.
• Transfer paper, direct printing, soaking, injecting and hand painting can be used with SR7000 series.

 
Form of the Product :

SR7000 series are manufactured and supplied as powder, paste and thermoplastic type.


Conditions of Printing Room

Application :

It is glass color that use for thin glass product that easily deforms or disposable glass product. It has lowest firing temperature and it is applied to products that don’t need chemical resistance.
Transfer paper, direct printing, soaking, injecting and hand painting can be used with 8000 series.

8000 series are manufactured and supplied as powder, paste and thermoplastic type


Conditions of Printing Room :

• Suitable temperature of printing room is 25±2 ºC, and the humidity should not be over 60% and it is must to manage dust.

 

Managing Coefficient of viscosity :

• Powder type color absorbs the moisture easily so, keep it at low humidity places at all times, and we recommend to dry it to around 130 o C before use.
• Thermoplastic’s first stage viscosity are 60 ~ 80(Rion (VT-04)/75±5) and you can use it without adding separate medium.
• Paste’s first stage viscosity are 300 ~ 500 (Rion (VT-04)/24), and when mixed with advised medium to 1~3%, it will maintain 180±20(Rion (VT-04)/24).

SR27000 series colors(560 ~ 600) - Pb Free

Application:

• It’s suitable for soda lime glass such as glass cup, cosmetic bottles. Transfer paper, direct printing, soaking, injecting and hand painting can be used with SR27000 series
• Lead free, and used in same manner as SR27000 series
